Vegan burger with mangochutney

Vegan burgers are always good. They are quick to prepare, always tasty and are the ultimate guilty pleasure. This time, we use Vegafit’s veggie burger and top the bun with vegetables, a homemade nacho sauce and mango chutney for a surprising taste. Get in the kitchen, and within 15 minutes you can be sitting on the couch with your new favourite burger.

What you need for 2 portions:

  • 2 Vegafit burgers
  • 2 burger buns
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ aubergine
  • ½ courgette
  • 1 red onion
  • 50 g butter lettuce
  • 4 tbsp mango chutney

Preparation method:

  1. Cut the cucumber, aubergine and courgette into slices and the red onion into rings.
  2. Grill the courgette and aubergine in the grill pan.
  3. Fry the burgers according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Make the burger with the vegetables, the mango chutney and the mayonnaise.
