Vegan ballskewer with homemade garlic-sauce

Traditionally, this dish consists of marinated, grilled or roasted pieces of meat. But with this recipe you can easily veganize the skewers at home. Use the Vegafit Balls as a meat substitute and go crazy with vegetables. Do you really want to enjoy the best? With the garlic sauce that you make yourself, this cheerful vegan skewer is guaranteed to be a party!

What you need for 2 portions:

  • 1 package of Balls (Mandonguilles) from Vegafit
  • red onion
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ cup of mushrooms
  • ½ zucchini
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp plantbased yogurt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Preparation method:

  1. Cut all the vegetables into large pieces and skewer them together with the balls on a skewer for the barbecue.
  2. Make the garlic sauce by squeezing the garlic, then mix with the mayonnaise, yogurt and pepper and stir well.
  3. Grill the skewers on the barbecue.
  4. Serve the sauce with the barbecue skewers.
