Vegafit steak with potato wedges

This easy diner recipe is what we in The Netherlands call: AGV (PVV) = potatoes, vegetables and veggie. Very popular amongst the Dutch people. We came up with a very simple recipe for you, to make this AGV dish:

What you need for 4 portions

  • 4 Vegafit Steaks
  • 500 grams frozen potato wedges
  • Vegetables of your choice

Preparation method:

Prepare the potato wedges according to the instructions on the package. Fry the steaks in hot oil or margarine for approx. 4 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.
Serve the steaks with vegetables of your choice. In the Netherlands, that would be beetroot or corn.
