What you need for 2 portions:
- 2 packages of the Vegafit Steak
- 4 slices of bread, coarsely cut
- 1 red onion
- ½ courgette
- ½ cucumber
- ½ aubergine
- 1 handfuls of spinach
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 5 tbsp flour
- 300-500 ml vegetable milk
- 5 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- Extra coconut oil for frying
