Noodles with Steak

Time for some noodles! Our Vegafit Steaks are a very good addition to some teriyaki noodles. Enjoy!

What you need for 2 portions:

  • 1 tray Vegafit Steaks
  • 150 grams noodles
  • 75 grams teriyaki stir fry sauce
  • 200 grams mixed stir fry vegetables such as carrot, sugar snaps and bok choy
  • 100 grams bean sprouts
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 fresh chili pepper
  • Juice of half a lime

Preparation method:

Fry the steaks in some oil or butter on medium heat for 4 minutes. Cook the noodles according to the package.

Chop the onion and garlic. Sauté the onion and garlic in some oil on medium heat for about 2 minutes. Turn the heat to the max, and stir fry the vegetable mix quickly. Add the bean sprouts in the last minute. Then add the lime juice and teriyaki stir fry sauce. Give the mixture a toss. Add the noodles and mix together. Turn off the heat.

Slice the spring onion and fresh chili pepper in thin slices.

Cut the steaks in strips.

Divide the stir fry between two plates. Sprinkle the onion and chili pepper over the plates, and enjoy!
