Brighten up your day with this colourful falafelbowl!

What you need for 4 portions

  • 2 trays Vegafit Falafel
  • 150 grams spinach
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 200 grams green peas
  • 100 grams radishes
  • 100 grams houmous sun-dried tomato
  • 100 grams Crème fraiche

Preparation method:

Prepare the falafel as directed on the packaging and boil the green peas for 3 minutes.

Cut all the ingredients into small pieces. Mix the houmous with the crème fraiche.

Then divide the spinach between the plates, distribute the rest of the ingredients over the spinach and top with the sauce.
