Whether you are barbecuing, having a bite to eat or looking for a healthy snack: this mixed grill is a good idea. Besides the Vegafit grill mix, we fill the plate with grilled vegetables like aubergines, asparagus and pepper. All this goodness is then dipped in muhamarra, avocado-lime dip or coriander hummus. What you need for 2 portions:
- 1 package of the BBQ-mix
- 1 small tin of chickpeas
- 1 tbsp paprika
- ¼ aubergine
- ¼ courgette
- ½ sweet pepper
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g green asparagus
- 1 red onion
- For the avocado lime dip
- 1 avocado
- Juice of 1 lime
- 5 g fresh mint, finely chopped
- Pinch of salt
- Ground pepper
