BBQ-Mix with dips

Whether you are barbecuing, having a bite to eat or looking for a healthy snack: this mixed grill is a good idea. Besides the Vegafit grill mix, we fill the plate with grilled vegetables like aubergines, asparagus and pepper. All this goodness is then dipped in muhamarra, avocado-lime dip or coriander hummus. Not only does it look good, it tastes great too. Try it for yourself!

What you need for 2 portions:

  • 1 package of the BBQ-mix
  • 1 small tin of chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • ¼ aubergine
  • ¼ courgette
  • ½ sweet pepper
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g green asparagus
  • 1 red onion
  • For the avocado lime dip
  • 1 avocado
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 5 g fresh mint, finely chopped
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ground pepper

Preparation method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Rinse the chickpeas and pat dry. Spread out on the baking tray and sprinkle with the paprika.
  3. Cut the vegetables into chunks and grill them on the barbecue or in the pan.
  4. Also grill the VegaFit grill mix.
  5. Make the dip by mashing the avocado and stirring in the other ingredients.
