A nice, extensive lunch tomorrow? Go for this delicious tortizza!
What you need for 4 portions
- 1 tray Vegafit burger
- 4 wraps
- 200 gr muhammara
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 red onion
- 200 gr feta
- Fresh parsley
- Olive oil
Preheat the oven on 200 degrees Celsius. Cut the burgers in small pieces. Marinate the burgers in the Worcestershire sauce with some olive oil, the garlic powder, cumin powder and paprika powder for 15 minutes.
Cut the bell peppers and the red onion.
Spread the muhammara thick on the wraps. Divide the burger pieces, bell pepper and onion over the wrap.
Divide the wraps out on 2 oven racks and bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes until they become crispy tortizza’s.
Divide the feta and the fresh parsley over the tortizza’s and enjoy your meal!
