41% rehydrated wheat protein, 36% vegetables (12% onion, 9% carrot, 9% bell pepper, 4% peas, 3% maize), sunflower oil, wheat starch, wheat flour, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices), thickener (methylcellulose), spices, sugar, salt, buffered vinegar powder (preservative ingredient), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavouring, herbs. May contain traces of soy.

Preparation method

Fry in hot oil or margarine for approx. 4 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.
Heat for approx. 6 minutes in a preheated airfryer at 180°C.
Heat for approx. 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200°C. Turn over half way.
