Ingredients

57% rehydrated soy- and wheat protein, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, onion, salt, sunflower oil, paprika powder, bell pepper, yeast extract, colour: paprika extract; annatto bixin; annatto norbixin, yeast, extract of spices, black pepper), onion, sunflower oil, water, thickener (carrageenan, methylcellulose), wheat starch, wheat fibre, wheat flour, spices, yeast extract, vinegar, acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavouring, mushroom extract powder (mushroom, maltodextrin), herbs, salt, iron, zinc, vitamin B12.

Preparation method

Frying pan:
Deep fry for approx. 2 minutes in oil at 180 °C.
Pan:
Fry in hot oil or margarine for approx. 4 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.
Airfryer:
Heat for about 6 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (180 °C).
Oven:
Heat in preheated oven (220 °C) for approx. 10 minutes.
