Ingredients
Ingredients: 47% rehydrated wheat protein, 18% cornflakes (maize, sugar, salt, barley malt extract), onion, wheat starch, sunflower oil, wheat flour,
mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices), thickener (methylcellulose), spices, sugar, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), vinegar, natural flavouring, herbs. May contain traces of soy.
Preparation method
Pan:
Fry in hot oil or margarine for approx. 4 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.
Airfryer:
Heat for approx. 6 minutes in a preheated airfryer at 180°C.
Oven:
Heat for approx. 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 220°C. Turn over half way.
