Vegan fish sticks with a green quinoa salad and vegan tartar sauce!

100 ml soy milk
200 ml sunflower oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
pepper and salt
Mix the soy milk, mustard and vinegar in a cup and add the oil, radially, while blending with a hand blender. Go up and down slowly until the sauce is thick enough.
Add finely chopped pickles, capers, chives, tarragon, parsley, spring onion and then you can taste the tastiest vegan tartar sauce ever!
