Preheat your oven to 210 degrees and cover a baking tray with baking paper. Bake the nuggets for about 8 minutes in the oven, add the pita breads after 4 minutes and turn the nuggets. In a small bowl, mix the vegan mayonaise with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves. Cut the pita breads in halves and open them a bit, so you can stuff them with the garlic mayonaise, spinach or salad and nuggets.

Tip: put a bit of oil on the nuggets before putting them in the oven for an extra crispy crust.
