Fish tacos

Ingredients

Whole wheat wraps

1 pack Vegafit Fish Sticks

1 lime

1 avocado

1 can of corn (140 grams)

Carrot julienne (75 grams)

Fresh sprigs of coriander

3 tbsp coconut milk

1 tbsp (vegan) mayonnaise

Salt to taste

 

That’s how you make it

Bake the Fish Sticks according to the instructions on the package.

For the sauce, mix the coconut milk, the mayonnaise and the juice of half a lime. Season with salt. Mix the carrot julienne with the corn and some coriander leaves. Slice the avocado.

Take and wrap (and heat it up if necessary). Add some corn carrot julienne salad, some avocado slices, some Fish Sticks and finish with the sauce.
