Easterbrunch for 2

Easter is all about eating eggs. We from Vegafit, like it vegan. That’s why we share today our favourite Easter brunch, to give you some vegan Easter inspiration! An #Easterbrunchfor2. Fresh, sweet and savoury. Let’s go nuggets!

What you need for 2 people

  • 1 tray Vegafit Nuggets
  • 2 bake off bagels
  • 1 avocado
  • Basic hummus
  • 1 lemon
  • Vegan Chocolate eggs
  • Fresh orange juice
  • 125 grams raspberries
  • 125 grams blueberries
  • 1 fresh-sweet apple
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Bouquet of colourful flowers

Preparation method

Bake the bagels according to the instructions on the package. Heat the Vegafit Nuggets in a pan with a little olive oil on both sides for approx. minutes in total. Slice the apple and add to a bowl together with the and blueberries.

Slice the bagel and spread the hummus on one side of the bagel. Slice the avocado in thin slices and layer over the hummus on the bagel. Squeeze a little bit of lemon juice over the avocado, for a fresh touch, and finish with a pinch of pepper and salt.

Time to serve! Serve all the delicious goodies (including those vegan chocolate eggs and orange juice) on a table together with a colourful bouquet of flowers.
