Vitamin B12, iron and zinc
Vegafit products are 100% plantbased. We find it important that our products contain nutrients that fit into a balanced diet. Plants are a source of all nutrients a person needs, with the exception of vitamin B12. Because our products are 100% plantbased, we made sure that vitamin B12 is added to the recipe.
Iron and zinc nutrients are sometimes also a shortage for people who eat a lot of plant products. That is why we also added iron and zinc to a part of our products.
Proteins are an important nutrient for your body. On average, our diet contains more protein than we need. Occasionally eating no meat or less meat is perfectly fine. Our products are a full-fledged alternative to meat, so Vegafit products also contain enough protein for people who never eat meat.
